Structure of fan

4-27 series belt drive industial centrifugal fan is made from impeller, housing, and air inlet and drive parts.

Impeller of fan consists of 10 pieces backward-curved plate wing blades, curved shroud and flat-sheet hub disk, the materials of impeller is made of steel plate with high strength and good durability, after strictly static and dynamic balance adjusting, has the feature of good aerodynamic performance, small vibration and run stable.

The air inlet adopts liquid flow curved shapes, makes the air enter into impeller smoothly and small air flow loose, can increase efficiency effectively.

Transmission parts consist of unitary oil cooling block and belt pulley, easy to install and well wear.

Apllication

Widely used in factory for ventilation, summer cooling and dust exhausting, it is also widely use in gymnasium, opera house,basement, hotel, public house, supper market and large-scale building.
